What this site collects—and what it does not.
The public site can accept a short pasted project description or owner message for a same-session intake. It does not accept project files, connect to your inbox or project system, or create an account.
Qualification requests
If you request a pilot route, the two-step form sends your work email, firm-size band, requested route, page source, and any short project description or owner message you choose to paste to Gromby. An email delivery provider, Mailgun, forwards that request to the pilot operator and sends a confirmation to the email supplied. The form does not accept or upload project files. Mailgun processes the message contents needed to deliver those emails.
Do not send project data by email
Do not attach or paste client agreements, full email chains, transcripts, voice notes, or other confidential project material into the initial request. If the pilot is a fit, Gromby will provide the applicable secure-upload route and intake, processing, retention, and deletion terms before receiving files.
Site analytics
Vercel Analytics records page and funnel events such as demo steps, CTA selections, and whether a form request succeeded or failed. Gromby does not put your email address or pasted project text into analytics event properties.
Your choices
By default, Gromby deletes the contents of a same-session intake email within 30 days after the last pilot response or activity. You can request correction or earlier deletion by replying to the pilot operator or emailing [email protected]. Gromby does not sell qualification information or send a client-facing action automatically.
